TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

  • A formal quote or cost estimate will always be provided prior to any work commencing.
  • If you purchase a prepaid item from The Quick Shop, the inclusions are outlined clearly on the product page. Any requests that require work beyond the initial scope quoted will be charged accordingly.
  • If costs are likely to go above the initial estimate, this will always be discussed prior to proceeding with additional work.
  • All quoted costs include (1) digital and print-ready final artwork in the appropriate format (2) a specified amount of edits (3) a reasonable amount of liaison with your printer or other service provider, if relevant, via email or phone. What constitutes a "reasonable amount" depends on the project size. As a guide, a "reasonable amount" would be 15-30 minutes for small-scale projects and 60 minutes for large-scale projects. Any additional or in-person liaison with printers and other service providers will incur extra costs, which will be outlined clearly before proceeding.
  • Unless specified, designs are provided in a variety of versions/formats suitable for the project, as determined by the Graphic Designer.
  • We have the right to decline work requests based on high demand or if the request does not fit our area of expertise. We do this for your protection. If you have prepaid via the online shop, a full refund will be provided.
  • Credit Card transactions may incur fees depending on the payment method.
  • Rush fees may apply, as outlined on the pricing page. This is a one-off fee charged per project, not daily or per item.
  • If you are unhappy with the services provided for ANY reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

  • In general, you can request a full refund for services prior to work commencing up to 3 months after payment.
  • To request a refund, please contact us via the details on our website.
  • We have the right to decline work requests based on high demand or if the request does not fit our area of expertise. We do this for your protection. If you have prepaid via The Quick Shop, a full refund will be provided.
  • If work as already commenced, you will receive a partial refund only.
  • Some projects such as websites have a detailed service agreement that must be signed by the client before work starts. Please refer to your contract for specific details.
  • Projects with hourly design rates may be refunded post-consultation less any hours consumed prior to the cancellation request.
  • You have the option to transfer prepaid work, such as items purchased through the Quick Shop, to other projects, should your plans change, minus any work completed prior to the cancellation request.
