Turnaround times depend on the size of the project and the time of year. Here are some example turnaround times. Please use them as a guide only:
Items purchased from The Quick Shop have their own individual turnaround times. If for any reason those cannot be met, you will be immediately informed and offered a refund or alternative delivery date.
If delivery of your project is required in less than 48 hours, our reasonably priced rush fees ensure urgent work receives priority.
Absolutely YES. Obviously we cannot physically visit your printer or supplier, but a reasonable amount of email and phone contact is included in the quoted costs. We’ve never encountered an issue that we couldn’t sort via phone or email.
Rarely. If we do, the work is produced collaboratively with TRUSTED contractors that we know personally (no randoms from freelancing websites). For example, if you require detailed illustration or website work that falls outside the expertise of our team, we will source an expert to get the job done perfectly and within budget.
Why not? We’ve opted to skip the brick and mortar storefront in order to provide cost-effective and flexible services to our clients. You can always reach us via FaceTime or Zoom for that face-to-face experience. If an onsite service is important to you, this can absolutely be arranged (we love getting out and about!) but travel costs will apply from Philadelphia, USA.
Yes. For maximum value, a mix of services is suggested for some projects. For example, the cost of creating a complex social media graphic may be charged at the premium rate whereas the posting of the graphic itself would be charged at another. Some projects are best handled with a flat hourly rate or by purchasing a prepaid service from The Quick Shop. These are examples only. We will discuss this level of detail with you when quoting work.
All prices on this page and listed in The Quick Shop are in United States Dollars (USD), however payment can be accepted in other currencies such as Australian Dollar (AUD), Euro (EUR) and Pound Sterling (GBP). Payments services available on this site include the option to use your international PayPal or Credit Card. We can also accept payments via services such as Wise (formerly known as Transferwise). Specific information will be included on your invoice or via email.
