If you purchase a prepaid item from The Quick Shop, the inclusions are outlined clearly on the product page. Any requests that require work beyond the initial scope quoted will be charged accordingly.

All quoted costs include (1) digital and print-ready final artwork in the appropriate format (2) a specified amount of edits (3) a reasonable amount of liaison with your printer or other service provider, if relevant, via email or phone. What constitutes a "reasonable amount" depends on the project size. As a guide, a "reasonable amount" would be 15-30 minutes for small-scale projects and 60 minutes for large-scale projects. Any additional or in-person liaison with printers and other service providers will incur extra costs, which will be outlined clearly before proceeding.
Unless specified, designs are provided in a variety of versions/formats suitable for the project, as determined by the Graphic Designer.
